Project Aim: The primary objective of this project is to develop energy-saving technologies that ensure the performance properties of work surface details, thereby guaranteeing the required quality of machine detail surface layers. This involves the creation of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies based on electro-erosion alloying, more cost-effective methods, and alternative chemical-thermal treatment.

Key Findings: The project has proposed novel technologies for shaping machine detail working surfaces with predetermined operational properties, utilizing the electrospark processing method for practical implementation. The research has successfully addressed the challenge of prolonging machine life by enhancing the durability and reliability of friction units. The developed technologies have found practical application in 9 countries.
