Periods for reporting
1 For half a year reporting period
- Report form for the first half of the year (docx)
2 For the year reporting period
- Annual attestation form (docx)
!!! Important
- While preparing the Report forms both half-year and year, fill the form in the Excel file (download) and send it to the scientific supervisor (tutor)
- Please indicate the DOI or URL of the articles while filling the Additional Information section in the attestation forms
- Both reports are mandatorily followed by copies of the articles or/and conference papers, certificates and other documents to confirm the activities made.
- Starting from 2022, articles with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) will be taken under consideration only.
